I need a little help my friends!
A friend of mine was trying to upgrade her iPad running iOS 5.0 to the latest version of 6.1.3 but she didn't click on "upgrade" but on "restore" she agreed to wipe all the information and upgrade to the latest version of iOS. When she was in the process she stopped it. Now her iPad is in recovery mode and we tried downloading an .ipsw 6.1.3 for iPad 3 WiFi only, once we got it we tried to to the shift ´+ restore method but iTunes popped out a message saying that the firmware version was not compatible with the iPad, we reviewed all the iPad information including the model displayed on the back. It is an iPad 3 WiFi only, we got the right IPSW don't know why it says it is not compatible. After getting that message we tried doing it again with iTunes, after waiting for more than one hour to it to be completely downloaded iTunes didn't show any message, nor even the "preparing the software" or "verifying update with apple" or something like that, it just downloaded and now we're stuck there with an iPad in recovery mode. We tried upgrading it putting the iPad in DFU but failed due to the "not compatible" ipsw. Any suggestion? Please I need your help! Thanks in advance..
